Why you may not be able to see the subscription for your organisation.

If you are trying to find a current and active subscription for your organisation, but cannot find it under billing, It is very likely that someone else has set up this subscription.

For privacy reasons we cannot show you the subscription, however you can find out who owns it. Just head back to the dashboard, then open up the settings options on the left hand side and then click "Subscription".

The owner will be displayed in bold text like below:
