How to use a custom domain to send Xero and QuickBooks reminder emails in Paidnice

Paidnice allows the use of a custom domain to send your emails - that means [email protected] will be the branded sender of the emails.

To do this you need to be using the Pro plan in Paidnice which supports custom domains, and you will need to configure your domain DNS.

First, add your custom domain in the Email Preferences section:

In this example the domain is acme-industries.com

Then Paidnice will show you the required verification DNS settings:

You or your IT team will be able to configure these, and then verify in Paidnice to confirm they are correct.

Once verified, you can select any email at the domain, for example [email protected] or [email protected] or even [email protected]
