Setting Up Activity Statements in Paidnice
Step 1: Enable in Statement Policy
Navigate to Policies in Paidnice.
Open your existing statement policy or create new.
Locate "Attach activity statement as PDF" option.
Check the box to enable.
Step 2: Choose Your Configuration
Option A: Both Statements
Send outstanding statement (primary).
Attach activity statement (supplementary).
Best for: Maximum information delivery.
Option B: Activity Statement Only
Exclude outstanding statement.
Send only activity statement.
Best for: Customers who prefer transaction detail.
Step 3: Configure Statement Period
Go to Organization Settings β Statement Settings.
Find "Activity Statement Preferences".
Set default period:
Last 18 months (default)
Last 12 months (annual view)
Last 6 months (recent activity)
